The weird world of barcodes, QR and auto-ID miscellany.
I DONT GET DIS ONE????????????
I'll bet this package designer was just trying to fill space. Or maybe they thought it would scan better/easier at the checkout?
I've attempted to scan many TJ's bar codes using three different apps and most show up as book coxes or other weird stuff.
It makes it faster at the checkout and the long bar codes scan much faster that the old type.
The problem is that the database with TJ's barcodes is evidently not accessible from the web. Barcodes scan just fine, but there's no reference for them out there.
I thought that barcodes were supposed to be universal?Every TJ product I've scanned comes up with something strange!
